Everyone over 18 should have a Will (and Lasting Powers of Attorney) and it is best to have papers drawn up professionally. Not only is this a good way to avoid disputes and to ensure that your wishes are met, you can also protect the inheritance you leave behind in a number of different ways. You would never sail on a ship without a Captain so why leave your hard earned cash in the hands of a stranger?
